| Bumper Change Effective Immediately |
Design elements are constantly under evaluation for safety and aesthetic
reasons.
Although many consumers love our option of a 4 piece crib bumper for
ease in laundering, the insert was puffier than we want to use going
forward. As such, bumpers offered in our new groups in production are
flatter.
Although most bumpers we offer will still be 4 separate pieces so you
can use them as needed in today’s cribs, we will no longer offer the slip
cover or zip-off casing option as it is not needed on the flatter
version.
Please note this change will impact both new production and on-going
production of existing patterns. On-going production will be fed into the
inventory over time this spring. By June 1, our inventory will only be the
new flatter style.
Please note that although the bumper casing will no longer be removable
as a slip cover, the 4 separate bumper pieces can still be laundered
individually as needed by following the care instructions noted.
